Fish with a bug for a tongue

Here's a picture of a fish with a parasite that eats the tongue of a fish then lives in the fishes mouth and replaces the fishes tongue. The fish survives and the parasite gets to eat what the fish eats. It's a real creature called Cymothoa Exigua.
